Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love the pieces you purchased, but if you need to initiate a return, please use our Returns Center (you will need your order number and email used to place your order).

1. Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind: Items returned because they "don't suit" or "don't fit" are eligible for a refund of the product price and taxes only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.

2. Return Shipping

  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
  • This amount will be deducted from your final refund if a prepaid label is provided by us.

3. Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
